Currently in our country, in the medical field, ionizing radiation has been mainly applied in three areas: Radiology, Oncology (radiotherapy) and Nuclear Medicine. Many modern and advanced applications of ionizing radiation have been utilized to diagnose and treat cancers and some other diseases in Vietnam.
